PVC Braided Hose Pipe Plant

Braided PVC hose machine,

We supplies extruders and complete lines for the production soft PVC pipes

We also produces extrusion plants for reinforced 
braided flexible PVC hoses, with 12+12 or 18+18 threads of polyester.
The product is formed by a first flexible PVC layer strengthened with threads wrapped of polyester, and then covered by a second flexible PVC layer.

The line use a first extruder which produces the internal layer, subsequently cooled and fitted with threads.
Then the hose passes in a coating cross head to team  which  covers with a second layer of flexible PVC.
In order to increase the adhesion between the two layers a vacuum system is directly applied in the coating die head.
